Raveendran is a finance professional with extensive experience in finance, accounts, auditing, and taxation spanning over 20 years. He holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With a strong background in accounts, he has demonstrated exceptional analytical and administrative skills. He has worked in various industries including oil trading, shipping, general trading, healthcare, seafood and processed food export, construction, tours & travels, capital markets, commodity markets, and insurance broking firms. His experience extends to both listed companies and independent professional practice across India and the Middle East, particularly focusing on international taxation, VAT consultancy, accounts, auditing, and finance matters.

Rasmi G Nair possesses over 18 years of extensive experience in accounts, finance, auditing, and taxation as a dynamic Chartered Accountant. Since 2006, she has been actively practicing Chartered Accountancy. Driven by the flair for teaching, she always engaged in the training of accounting and finance students. Serving as faculty for MBA programs and other professional courses at various Universities and Institutes, she brings a wealth of expertise in accounts, audits, finance, taxation, GST matters, and review assignments. With sharpened soft skills and technical knowledge, she excels as an effective and accomplished team leader.
ANOOP PADMAKUMAR

By the age of 23, Anoop achieved dual qualifications as a cost accountant and a chartered accountant. He then worked on various parts of the world including Africa, the Middle East, and India. Anoop further expanded his expertise with a double qualification in system audit, obtaining a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association in Illinois, USA, and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI, India. Known for his hands-on approach, he actively engages in all projects he undertakes. Proficient in Microsoft Applications, he consistently inspires others to surpass their potential. With experience across multiple industries such as trading, manufacturing, construction, dairy products, real estate, education, and more, he serves as our lead consultant, specializing in crafting manuals, business restructuring, implementing systems (including IT systems), and establishing cost control mechanisms.
